Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom at this time.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: every order is processed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Delivery: once your order is dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the order being accepted.
Shipping costs
- Free delivery on all packs and on any order of 2 or more items.
- £5.00 flat rate when you order a single item.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details. Please allow some time for the carrier to activate the tracking information. You can also use the Track Your Order link in the footer of our website.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once your order is in processing.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@nube-dot.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos, so that we can investigate and find a solution.
